Brook Natural Health is a clinic on Canvey Island providing treatments such as osteopathy and acupuncture for the treatment of back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain etc.
Problem
Although Sebastian and Elise Gwyn-Williams of Brook Natural Health have been in practice for fourteen years, they have only recently have begun to appreciate how useful it would be to provide a website for patients' information as well as for advertising purposes (their main source of advertising was word of mouth and Yellow Pages).
